Refund Policy

Energy At Hand Bee Rescue provides live honeybee removal and ethical relocation services. Because each bee rescue is unique and dependent on environmental and site-specific conditions, refunds and cancellations are handled with transparency, fairness, and care for both clients and pollinators.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to secure a scheduled service. Deposits help cover planning, travel, equipment preparation, and time reserved for your appointment. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once a service has been scheduled.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit due to time and resources already committed.

Service Conditions & Bee Behavior

Bee behavior, weather, accessibility, and structural conditions can affect the ability to complete a removal as planned. In some cases, relocation may need to be postponed, modified, or deemed unsafe. If a service cannot proceed due to conditions outside of our control, we will communicate clearly and work with you on next steps when possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed services, partial removals, or services halted due to safety concerns are generally not eligible for refunds, as time, labor, and resources have already been invested.
